Worship Services

You may be thinking, "What are services like at Chamberlain?" If you would like an early bird view, there are a couple of options, simply call the church office at (423) 624-4323 ext 102 and ask for a service DVD and we will send you a copy of that service - free. Our A/V team is working on upgrading the website to include a streaming audio file that you can listen to as well. Of course, the best way is simply come as you are and be welcomed by the fellowship at the church. We will also be glad to meet with you in your home to answer any questions you may have. TeamKIDS

TeamKIDS begin at 6:15 on Wednesday Nights. This High Energy Program is designed for our Student Ministry from 4 years old through the 12th grade. There are 3 tracks, one for the younger children, the older children, and the youth which has two sections - Middle School and High School. Students experience an age appropriate worship service with contemporary music and message or story emphasizing Biblical Life Application Truths. Each class also works to learn new Bible verses each week and other activity sheets to reinforce the Truths Theme each session. Of course, physical activity plays an integral part encouraging everyone to play hard and fair in various games and activities. By 8:00, everyone is tired but totally pumped up! Closing ceremonies wrap up the night and the Highest Point winner is announced. Prizes are announced and awarded for various levels of achievement.

Midweek Mountaintop Meeting

Wednesday evenings bring about several sweeping changes that began in January 2010. Beginning at 4:00 is our Midweek Mountaintop Meeting. This worship service is designed as a traditional service and open to everyone that would like to hear a message, study the Bible and even be home by 5:15 in the evening. However, we also have Wednesday Night Meals at 5:00pm for $5 per person. This open buffet style meal allows everyone to come straight from work and get a bite to eat.

Music Ministry

The Music Ministry is vibrant and growing. Bro. Garry Woodside leads the Music Ministry. All music styles are appreciated throughout the worship services and events. Not every music style is going to appeal to everyone, but there is always something for everyone in a blended worship style. At present we are more traditional blending in other styles. The Sanctuary Choir is always welcoming anyone that desires to lift their voice to heaven exalting Jesus.

Children's Ministry

The Children's Ministry is growing in many ways! The Children's Ministry is led by Rhonda Carroll. Our nursery, preschool, and children's areas are staffed with trained leaders and volunteers. School age children worship with their families during the worship service. There are many activities that occur on a regular basis for our preschool and children.

The nursery is staffed with leaders and volunteers. All leaders are trained in taking care of your child and carry a variety of credentials. In addition, each child receives a special sicker and the matching half is given to the person checking them into the nursery. An alpha pager is also assigned to the child or children. This vibrating pager can be alerted anywhere on campus in case your child needs your care; it can also let you know everything is just fine! Please feel free to discuss any special needs with our staff.

The Children's Choir is always learning new songs that teach them about Jesus. Every time the children gather together, they will be singing about Jesus. Frequently they will share their new songs in the worship service.

Youth Ministry

The Youth Ministry is currently led by Gary and Theresa Crews. The age group is 6th grade through 12th grade and meet for Sunday School and Wednesday night Services. During the Sunday worship services, the youth worship with the church family. The youth are involved in the multi-media areas of the church. There are special events on a monthly basis and sometimes extra depending on the time of year. The best way to see what is happening in the youth is to check it out.

Media Ministry

The Media Ministry is led by Ben Rowland. This ministry provides sound for all services and events in the church. Our sound system has just been upgraded to a state of the art system by Chattanooga Sound. Audio recordings are provided and we have recently added video recording to provide DVD's of the services. We are looking to add other video and computer components to our services in the future. The Media Ministry is in need of dedicated and faithful volunteers.
