Music Ministry

The Music Ministry is vibrant and growing. Jake Carroll and Ken Pendergrass lead the Music Ministry. All music styles are appreciated throughout the worship services and events. Not every music style is going to appeal to everyone, but there is always something for everyone in a blended worship style. At present we are more traditional blending in other styles. The Sanctuary Choir is always welcoming anyone that desires to lift their voice to heaven exalting Jesus.

Children’s Ministry

The Children’s Ministry is growing in many ways! The Children’s Ministry is led by Rhonda Carroll. Our nursery, preschool, and children’s areas are staffed with trained leaders and volunteers. Children’s Church provides the children with an age appropriate worship service during Sunday’s at 11:00. Children worship with their families during the song service then are dismissed to children’s church. There are many activities that occur on a regular basis for our preschool and children.

The nursery is staffed with leaders and volunteers. All leaders are trained in taking care of your child and carry a variety of credentials. In addition, each child receives a special sicker and the matching half is given to the person checking them into the nursery. An alpha pager is also assigned to the child or children. This vibrating pager can be alerted anywhere on campus in case your child needs your care; it can also let you know everything is just fine! Please feel free to discuss any special needs with our staff.

The Children’s Choir is always learning new songs that teach them about Jesus. Every time the children gather together, they will be singing about Jesus. Frequently they will share their new songs in the worship service.

Youth Ministry

The Youth Ministry is currently transforming and is led by Philip and Sally Morris. The predominate age group is 5th grade through 9th grade and meet for Sunday School and Wednesday night Services. During the Sunday worship services, the youth worship with the church family. The youth are involved in the multi-media areas of the church. There are special events on a monthly basis and sometimes extra depending on the time of year. The best way to see what is happening in the youth is to check it out.

Media Ministry

The Media Ministry is led by Robert Jones. This ministry provides sound for all services and events in the church. Our sound system has just been upgraded to a state of the art system by Chattanooga Sound. Audio recordings are provided and we have recently added video recording to provide DVD’s of the services. We are looking to add other video and computer components to our services in the future. The Media Ministry is in need of dedicated and faithful volunteers.
