It is time to close out 2011 and begin a new year. I like to close the old year and open a new chapter. To me it is like a new beginning, a clean slate, I get to start over and keep the knowledge and experience I have learned from the past years. Moving forward in life is a great privilege that God has given to each of us. Let’s start the New Year off right by coming before the throne of Jesus and renewing our love for Him. You know, making a deeper commitment to get to know Jesus more. If you will join me in making that one New Year’s Resolution, I promise you that this year will be better than all the rest so far. Jesus came to this earth giving us a New Covenant of Grace and Mercy. I look forward to sharing this message with you Sunday, “Grace in Three Time Zones - the Past” at 10:30am. Upward Basketball
and Cheerleading is
here at Chamberlain
- We are excited about partnering with Upward to offer basketball
and Cheerleading for boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th
grade.
Would you like to be apart of Upward? I hope so! The registration fee is $45 League play begins January 14th, 2012 and we will play 8 weeks. Practices will start January 14th, 2012. We will practice on Saturday's at 9:00am then play our games beginning at 10:30am. Everything on one day within a short period of time. Please contact the church if you want to register or have additional questions. Involvement with Upward is not limited to church members, but to everyone!
What an incredible time here at Chamberlain! It is so exciting to see all of the many events coming together. A lot of planning has been taking place and those ideas are now being executed.
